Video Games: A fighting game is a video- or computergame which consists of duels between two (or even more) characters, one controlled by the player, the other controlled by either another player or by the CPU (computer or console). The fight itself may be executed hand-to hand, but characters may also use weapons, or have supernatural powers such as the ability to throw thunderballs, etc. Popular fighting game series are Sega´s Virtua Fighter, Namco´s Tekken (both 3D), and Capcom´s Street Fighter (2D).
